Slicky Terms and Conditions

Slicky is a productivity ecosystem designed to help users automate, organize, and optimize their daily lives. Slicky includes:

• SlickyPlanner – planning, task management, and AI-generated plans
• SlickyBrain – second brain and knowledge management tools

These products may share contextual data to provide a connected experience.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Slicky. If you are under the age required by your local laws, you may not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Slicky is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your account.

Do not share your login credentials.

Slicky products may be offered as one-time purchases or free tools.

Currently, SlickyBrain is available as a one-time payment product. After successful payment, you are provided with a private access link that grants lifetime access to the product.

Payments are processed securely through Paddle and we do not store your payment details.

Slicky payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

14-Day Right of Refund

If you are a consumer, you are entitled to request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, regardless of whether the product has been accessed or used (no questions asked).

This 14-day refund right is provided in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protection laws.

After 14 Days

After the 14-day refund period has expired, purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges
• Payment processing errors
• The product being inaccessible due to a technical fault on our side

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests can be submitted by contacting Paddle or by emailing us at [email protected] from the same email address used to purchase the product.

Using the purchase email helps us quickly locate the transaction and process your refund faster.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Do not abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer Slicky or its AI systems
• Do not use Slicky for illegal or harmful activities
• Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, usage limits, or security features

• AI outputs are not professional advice
• You are responsible for how you use generated content

Your privacy matters to us. Slicky processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You can learn more at slicky.co/privacy.

By using Slicky, you consent to the storage and processing of your data and the use of contextual information across Slicky products to improve personalization. We do not sell your personal data.

Slicky aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, break, improve, or disappear.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.

• Decisions made based on AI-generated content
• Indirect or consequential damages

Use Slicky at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Slicky after changes means you accept the updated terms.
