Once you realize that L.A. Noire might never get a sequel, you'll never stop wanting to beat Rockstar to death with your bare hands. 10/10.

The game runs at a capped 30FPS despite setting the graphics settings to 60FPS, and you have to deal with the most useless launcher created by man. And for some stupid reason, this 14 year old game requires an always on DRM.

The Rockstar will forcibly install on your drive a lot of unnecessary things including the launcher. Then they'll force you to create an account you don't need and mockingly ask you if you would like to link your Rockstar and Steam accounts, but you won't have the option to say no.
We should be warned about such impudence before purchasing; then many people will definitely refuse.
I didn't return the game , but decided to express my opinion. The game itself is not bad, but it's very old. The graphics aren't great. Characters look past each other during interactions and move unnaturally during the fights. The city, however, looks pretty good. The gameplay is decent. I liked the voice acting. Overall, if I'd read the review beforehand, I certainly wouldn't have bought the game. Although since I bought it on sale the loss was small.
