Come on... I have been waiting for a year to get the thanksgiving achievement..😠

When it comes to obtaining this achievement, does it have to be 10 hours all in one sitting, or is it 10 cumulative hours? I have 11 total hours in the game and I have not gotten the achievement so I'm wondering if I am doing something wrong.
