Update custom.css so the "Affiliated Packages" page looks nice on mobile devices and narrow windows.

I foresee doing one of two things on a small window: (1) hide the thumbnail image or (2) move the pkg info block below the thumbnail and let the thumbnail and pkg info take up the full page width.
