Writepad is simple text editor created and developed by Magayaga

Available for Linux, macOS and Windows.

Installation

To install prebuilt Electron binaries, use npm. The preferred method is to install Electron as a development dependency in your app:

npm install --save-dev electron
npm install --save-dev electron-packager

Quick start

Several quick start options are available:

OS system in python like live preview in npm:

python main.py

Live preview in npm:

npm run writepad:app
