7.4 RC1 and 8.0 RC1

Description

Hi,

Updated from 7.4 BETA 2to RC1 and post composer up it gave the error "Cannot load resource "attributes". Make sure there is a loader supporting the "tagged_services" type".

Received the same error message when updated from 8.0 BETA 2 to 8.0 RC1
