What to Expect:
Bridging the gap for PMs without formal mentorship
Early in my Product Management journey, I lacked a mentor and often had to learn through trial and error. Once I found senior mentors, my growth became faster and more strategic. This newsletter is designed to share practical knowledge for Product Managers who donât have access to dedicated mentorship.
Actionable advice for early-to-mid level Product Managers
Too often, career advice for PMs is vague, like âalways listen to customersâ or âfocus on delivery.â This newsletter cuts through the noise with direct, actionable insights that will help you deliver better products, grow your influence, and navigate your PM career.
Readable in 5 minutes or less
Each newsletter is concise and focused on the most valuable lessons, ensuring that your 5 minutes will be packed with insights and practical takeaways.
Weekly articles published on Friday mornings
For your convenience, I publish these on Friday morningsâright when you have time to reflect and prepare for the week ahead.
Why I Write This Newsletter:
I started my career in software development and transitioned to Product Management, managing complex AI-driven projects and global Shopify apps with 30K+ merchants. Early on, I lacked mentorship and struggled to find the right path to grow.
It wasnât until I started working with experienced PMs that my growth accelerated. In a few years, I transitioned from managing sprints and small product features to leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
Iâve been fortunate to work with great mentors, and I want to share those lessons with Product Managers who may not have access to similar guidance.
