A recognized voice in HR, she has spoken to national and international audiences, sharing insights on the human-centered future of work. Her book, The Future of Work is Human and the Future of Success is Happiness, has been featured at SHRM25, SHRM Talent, UPEACE Executive Education, the TN SHRM Conference and Expo, TECTA East Leadership Conference, and the University of Tennessee Arboretum, Oak Ridge.
Alexia strategically leads the workforce as the Global Lead for Transform’s Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing Network.
Under her leadership, the Knoxville Happiness Coalition is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP®, providing leadership and organizational development programs and coaching.
