Who am I?
My name is Ashley Good, and I am an author/indie filmmaker/occasional podcaster.
My work is typically satirical and darkly comedic (for example, my 2018 cult film, PITY PARTY). I have also published two young adult novels (MARY & THE ALIENS, JUST ADD WATER), and was also the director of the Foggy Isle Film Festival. These things have given me a deep understanding of the indie arts world, but also made me somewhat jaded when it comes to mainstream society.
What do I write about?
The arts, consumerism. technology. spirituality, aliens… Believe it or not, it’s all connected. My audience is pretty niche. If this resonates with you though, then hopefully you will not only enjoy my articles but feel less alone (which is all most of us want these days).
