What is this?

It’s two things.

First: if you’re interested in what I do, you’ll probably find it easier to receive occasional updates in your inbox than to remember to check the calendar on my website every now and then. And I’m of course interested in keeping you updated. It’s a win-win :-)

Second: writing is the main way I get to find out what I think about stuff, and it’s always nice to share—plus it’s useful to see how it lands with people. So I post reflections sort of monthly, aiming to keep them relevant & under a 5-minute read. I also share things I find interesting.

To let people choose how often they hear from me—without tying this to money—I created the opt-in section Berni’s notebook. The idea is to publish additional posts with short dharma reflections, small practice suggestions, or thoughts in progress.

Have a look at past newsletters. Or, you can always try it out and unsubscribe later ;-)

Who am I?

Good question…! But, in the ordinary sense: if you’ve stumbled upon my newsletter without knowing about me previously, you can visit my website.
