Addition for #11

User perspective

  • Adding the Installation method via Rust crate to the template for bug issues.
  • Fix the link to the crate on Codeberg in the README

No changes to the ecformat application itself.

Developer perspective

(The installation method in the template is something that every Packaging PR needs to adjust. Keep in mind for Review of future PRs.)
