Hi there! I’m Emmy—a Japanese-American visual artist, birdwatcher, ikebanist, art teacher, and hobby photographer based in Cambodia. :)
Drawing to See is always evolving, but through every iteration it remains rooted in intersections of art, nature, and culture. It’s how I practice slowing down, growing attentive, and staying curious. Right now, I share monthly “postcard” glimpses into my life and creative exploration in Phnom Penh. My hope is to nurture deeper connections with our changing planet, starting with my local ecology, and to connect with others who want to do the same.
