Care Ecology is a soft, spacious field of practice for becoming empty, clear, and present in our bodies, relationships, and creative lives.
Born from the understanding that creativity, healing, and ecological awareness are not separate pursuits but braided forms of attention, it offers a slowing-down where tenderness becomes intelligence, presence becomes medicine, and we remember that we’re made of relationships with land, community, and the unseen.
This publication explores the everyday practice of being fully here, emotional spaciousness as a form of wisdom, spiritual teachings filtered through a contemporary embodied lens, and ecological thinking as guidance for creative and personal resilience. I offer reflections from the farm, the studio, and the field on what it means to live tenderly in times of rupture.
Care Ecology is for people with big inner weather systems. This space is a companion for those learning to listen to their bodies, boundaries, griefs, joys, and the living and dying worlds.
