Our software currently offers the following features for event organizers:
Create your own event with all the important information for spectators and athletes. Manage your registrations, payment history and starter list in one flow. With numerous settings, you have the opportunity to help shape our standardized process according to your requirements.
With our notification feature, you have the opportunity to reach all athletes directly. You can define both the content and the target group of your messages yourself.
All information is collected in an overview and assigned directly to the user, whether it’s the weigh-in, the entry of first attempts or the box height. We also offer the option of exporting athlete-specific QR codes and using them to enter the data at self-service on a tablet.
The judging of the athlete attempts can be completed with just a few clicks. The results are evaluated in real time and clearly displayed for all app users.
The collected athlete data is visualized in different views and can be shared on multiple screens via simple web links. These include views for the athletes‘ area, the warm-up area and the competition platform.
If you have organized a livestream for your competition, you can equip it with our overlays. These are provided with all relevant athlete’s data and only need to be correctly integrated into your streaming software (recommendation: OBS – Open Broadcast System).

The process is split in two steps: 1) registration, 2) payment.
In step 1 athletes only register and you can „approve“ them. Then they see the payment details you enter. As soon as they have paid, you mark them as paid and the process for them is completed. They then see in their registration that they have been assigned a starting position.
Yes, you can change your registration time frame in the event editor to a different date.
Until 1 Week after the event has expired, you can change the results via the “manage attempt data” section.
TBD preferred via Tablet – see video, 2nd option the event should provide a person that can enter the attempts for you via a separate backend.
Indeed chipped attempts need additional approval and can only be entered by a person of the event team via a separate backend.
For your first event you have to enter it before your flight starts. We recommend entering all first attempts during weight in.
For all following attempts you have 3 minutes. The 3 minute timer starts once your previous attempt is judged.

You must register for events through the FinalRep App. No participation without registration.
The rules for each event are laid out within the registration process in the app. Please review the qualification rules carefully before registering, especially regarding:
Each organizer decides, if they assign starting positions my manual approval or „first-come-first-serve“. This is laid out in the registration process too. If you’re not immediately confirmed, stay patient – you might be on the waiting list.
The organizer can change your weight class afterwards. You by yourself can’t.
If you change your weight class or nationality, it may not sync immediately. Be aware this can cause display issues or misunderstandings.
