O.P.

I have two Crazytel VOIP services at different locations, with different ISPs and both aren't showing in the SIP registrations portal. I am unable to call the numbers.

They were showing registered about 30mins ago with really long registration times and the private and public IP addresses showing the same address on both registrations. When the expiry released, they never reregistered.

Both my ATAs are on 3 min registrations and has been working fine until I noticed today.
Both are showing registered on the ATA GUI.

When I tried dialling in, it will hit the auto attendant as normal and when I press 1 to dial the phone/device it will drop the call.
Thinking it was my ISP, I plugged in my cellular hotspot to the ATA and the same issue happens.

Thinking it was the auto attendant, I changed the route settings from the auto attendant to the the device/ATA. I attempted a call after a few minutes and it went straight to the "failover/backup" destination i.e. voicemail to email.

Weirdly, I was able to sign into Crazyphone which registered on the SIP portal.

Dashboard at time of writing this is all green.

Anyone else having issues?

Yup, changed registration port to 5060 and registered instantly. It was set to a different port (25160) as recommended by the user guides.

Swapped the port number and got rid of the Perth proxy – all good now

Cheers
