* Configure without --with-dbmliborder for forky and stonking development
releases (defaulting to the sqlite implementation).
Drop the libdb-dev build dependency. The default implementation for the
dbm module is sqlite3, already shipped for existing release builds (i.e.
Debian 13 (trixie) and Ubuntu 26.04 LTS (resolute). Closes: #1119230.
