this includes a change that alters SQL so that we can have multiple tf adjustments in Clickhouse server, or chdb + debug mode
now that we have no limit on tf adjustments

Adjustment to upstream (specifically this PR) means that the query ambiguity preventing multiple tf adjustments working in Clickhouse server is removed.
Closes #31.
