- New Project now starts from a default 4-step demo flow (Agent1 -> Agent2 -> Agent3 -> Draft).
- Types aligned with templates to remove TS inconsistencies.
- Keeps CONSOLIDATE goal: polish & stabilize, no new product features beyond template baseline.
