MSc. Mobile and Satellite Communications
Traveled across the telecommunications industry from installation to planning and design, worked closely with vendors to provide high value for service providers in Latin-America. Got interested in OSS systems and their inner mechanisms, got passionate about automation and software. Started building experience as Infrastructure and software development won a scholarship to deepen in satellite technologies and 5G. Worked for some years with a satellite agency as systems administrator and lead software developer (this included the full software and IT spectrum from server provisioning, devops, network design, full-stack software development. Learn everything by msyself, test and deploy).
This resulted in the design and implementiion of a full suite of software solutions (developed in-house), such as a help-desk, CRM, and OSS for customer portfolio management, payments, and telecommunications service provisioning by proprietary APIs. Got interested in cybersecurity and devops, managed to develop and update security policies in compliance to Bolivian regulations, which resulted in turn in documenting a security and governance posture for the satellite agency (PISLEA and PISI, programs in Bolivia for open-source adoption and security guidances).
As I embark on my journey into cybersecurity, I am driven by a passion to protect and secure innovation, contributing to higher standards for products and services. The ever-evolving, highly dynamic nature of cyber threats is transforming technology and I want to be part of creating safer environments for individuals and organizations alike. 🔐
