Fix for Windows 10

- if Hurricane is hidden, it doesn't appear in alt+tab
- update cscore & json.net
- remove unused library

Corrected mistakes

forgot the installer....

Some small stuff

- The cancel button in the all-stream-import dialog is now translated
- Fixed the path for ffmpeg if Hurricane is installed
