neofetch for larpers who think
rm -rf /is personality
Because neofetch is deprecated and you need a way to prove you're elite.
chmod +x install.sh && ./install.shOr just run it directly:
./larpfetch./larpfetch [--no-color]
- larp — your hostname (the name your mom gave your laptop)
- OS — distro you chose to feel special, with snarky commentary
- Kernel — the version you'll never touch
- Uptime — how long since last reboot, with grass-touching advice
- Packages — how many things you installed but never use
- Shell — fish/zsh/bash, with honest assessment of your skills
- Terminal — kitty/alacritty, with taste evaluation
- CPU — the thing doing the real work
- Memory — RAM usage with visual bar and chrome-shaming
- Disk — where your distro-hopping hoard lives
- GPU — the thing you can't afford
- DE — KDE/GNOME if you're basic, None if you're "based"
- WM — i3/sway if you want to feel elite
- Hoodie Color — color of your hacker hoodie (determined by hostname)
- IP Address — your local IP, please don't DDoS yourself
- Threat Level — how worried the FBI should be about you
- FBI Watchlist — percentage chance you're on a government list
- SO Tabs — how many Stack Overflow tabs you have open right now
- Distros Reinstalled — how many times you've wiped your drive
- Larp Score — honest 0-100 assessment of your larp authenticity
Things that increase your score:
- Running as root (+15)
- Using suckless terminals (+10)
- Having a tiling WM (+12)
- Using Arch/Gentoo/Void/NixOS (+10-15)
- Having "hacker" or "elite" in your hostname (+25-30)
- Having hacking tools installed (+3 each)
Things that decrease your score:
- Running neofetch instead of larpfetch (-30)
- Using Ubuntu or Mint (-5)
- Python 3
- Linux (what were you gonna run this on, Windows?)
- Self-awareness (optional)
- A hacker hoodie (strongly recommended)
BSD2 — do whatever, just don't run rm -rf / and blame me
