Proposed Changes

Adds Jetpack logo to Calypso page headers under Jetpack menu.

Simple logo addition first, before a more complex header swap:

• Subscribers management: update header #108876
• Podcasting: update header #108878
• etc

We'll need this component in those headers components next up.
