Description of changes
Add support for @broadcom/om-view-for-zowe-cli plugin in administrator-tasks.
Previously @broadcom/caview-for-zowe-cli plugin was required for zowe commands to work and the presence of this plugin was checked when running some scripts (e.g. check-servers.sh).
This changes extends the detection to @broadcom/om-view-for-zowe-cli plugin as well.
The newer om-view plugin also registers caview commands (in addition to omview) so the same commands can be used.
