This PR aims to add C# solutions for all the problems from Chapter 3: Linked Lists (including the problems from bonus pdf material with the book).

Hi @mmhossain, thanks for creating a PR to the Coding Interview Patterns solution repository! 😀 We'd like each language to match the structure of the official Python solutions folder as close as possible. I've left some comments on this PR for how it can better align with the Python solutions.

I have remove the types ListNode, DoublyLinkedListNode, MultiLevelListNode from the repo and added necessary type definitions to each solution. Please review it one more time.
