per JO's quip: "Is is a point where you go: hmm, version control is something I should have done more of?"
It picks up notes and keys, but I have a pretty silly mistake decaying the aggregator bin each note each octave, so doing version control then checking that.

Version control before building a chord tracker and pivoting to operating on the amplitude of the closest FFT tone, instead of max(bin)
Not so good for microtones. Better for the key determiner
