1. The Owner of this contract is given an inital supply of tokens
2. Only the owner can call the mint, pause and unpause function
3. users can burn tokens
4. when the owner calls the pause function, no other function can be called till the owner calls the unpause func.
5. Users can transfer token, and also transfer on behalf of the owner.
