Summary

  • Add two recently published papers that confirm using Oceananigans in their methods: Knudsen et al. (2026, arXiv:2605.28555) and Kang & Zhang (2026, arXiv:2603.22602)
  • Fix several DOI hyperlinks whose displayed text didn't match their actual link target, apparently from copy-paste between adjacent entries (Pan & Li 2026, Wang et al. 2026, Souza et al. 2025, Arnscheidt et al. 2021)

Test plan

  • Verified both new papers explicitly cite Oceananigans as the simulation tool in their methods sections
  • Verified corrected DOIs resolve to the intended papers
  • Docs build (julia --project=docs/ docs/make.jl)

Add Knudsen et al. (2026) and Kang & Zhang (2026), which both confirm
use of Oceananigans in their methods. Also fix several DOI hyperlinks
whose displayed text didn't match their target, apparently from
copy-paste between adjacent entries (Pan & Li 2026, Wang et al. 2026,
Souza et al. 2025, Arnscheidt et al. 2021).
