Saving to DB

This has been updated to format the metadata into four logical sections

• raw contains the data we are not using elsewhere incase it is needed in the future
• metadata contains all the metadata provided by the consuming service - this could be split into sub documents if required in the future
• file includes all relevant data about the file uploaded
• s3 this includes the key and bucket reference where the file is stored

getMetadataBySbi

Updated to use the mongo project method to only return the file and metadata
