- renamed `./archived` to `./archive` and added subfolders for organization; - moved v1.0.0 Guideline PDFs to `./archive/guidelines/v1_0`; - updated `./archive/index.md` for new structure; - added v1.1.0 guidelines to the guidelines folder; - updated `./guidelines/index.md` for the new guidelines; - renamed the METS Profiles with version numbers; - added version numbers to the profile `<URI>` element.
- fixed version numbers; - ensure all collatoral is copied to site; - fixed broken links; and - include latest spec-publisher version.
