What does this PR do?

Adds a Getting started with Support page.

Motivation

DOCS-5209

Additional Notes

Left you some minor feedback. Also, I noticed we're only linking to this page from the Support Help page. Was that intentional? Or do we also want to add it to the left nav (under Getting Started)?

Looks good. I added a couple of suggestions to change smart quotes to straight quotes (which I saw were flagged by Vale). PR is approved.
