Similar to #603
Added a new test project under the "net9.0" target framework, included into a sln;
Set the "Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.SqlServer" package version to "9.0.0-preview.2.24128.4" (currently, the latest available);
Tested on the 9.0.100-preview.2 (dotnet --version "9.0.100-preview.2.24157.14").
