Patch for #654:

  • .net 8 sdk is pre-installed on both windows-latest and ubuntu-latest images, but installing a lower version affects the global cfg / PATH on ubuntu-latest;
  • .net 9 sdk is pre-installed on windows-latest, but the dotnet-test-build is also used by codeql-action/analyze on ubuntu-latest.
