Bio

Sergei Druzhkov is a first-year master's degree student at ITMO University, Institute of Applied Computer Science. He received his bachelor's degree with honors in 2025 at Saint Petersburg State University (Department of Mathematics and Computer Science), with his thesis on the clone detection and automatic refactoring of Lua programs, under the supervision of Dmitry Koznov.

Research interests

• Code clone detection and its application

• Taint program analysis and domain-specific checks based on it

• Improving debug experience (LLDB, DAP, GDB, ...)

Programming

• More than 3 year of C++ development at Huawei R&D

• Some experience with Go, TypeScript, Python and Lua

• Contributor of LLDB and sometimes VS Code
