Fixed toolbar not being persistent in som cases.

• Added multi target trim and subtract.
• Fixed issue with interior holes in faces.
• Fixed coplanar faces merging in modifier geometry.
• Refactor and code cleaning (makes it easier to maintain the project in the future).
