MyFetch is a tool that displays information about your computer (like OS, CPU, Memory) alongside a cool ASCII logo of your Linux distribution. It's designed to look amazing in screenshots and terminal windows.
We offer two versions:
- 🌈 Xenon Blider: Colorful, vibrant, and futuristic. (Recommended)
- 🌑 Ex Astra No-Vesa: Black & white, minimal, and clean.
Don't worry if you are new to Linux! Follow these simple steps.
Go to the Releases Page. Under "Assets", download the file that matches your desired look:
MyFetch-Xenon-Blider...tar.gz(For Color)MyFetch-Ex-Astra...tar.gz(For No Color)
Navigate to your Downloads folder. Usually, you can do this by typing:
cd ~/DownloadsCopy and paste these commands one by one.
1. Unzip the file:
(Replace MyFetch-*.tar.gz with the actual name of the file you downloaded if needed)
tar -xzvf MyFetch-*.tar.gz2. Go into the folder:
cd MyFetch*3. Install it: (You might be asked for your password)
sudo make installNow you can run it from anywhere by typing:

If you want to remove MyFetch, just go back to the downloaded folder and run:
