This is also true of files in use in Member custom fields: File fields specifically.

Sorry to add onto this, but this is also true of Files when used in Pro Variables (be sure to test within a Grid as well) -- they don't get counted in the File Usage.

To fully resolve this, the file meta data view should show Pro Variables and Member usage: admin.php?/cp/files/file/view/28

@nep thanks for noticing! Moving that to a new issue, as it would require a different solution (with potentially bigger change)
