refactor: moved code into eclipse template for milestone 1 submission

Removed clear command in the command line, removed extra debugging added in dynamic allocator print blocks list, added back the inlines as they were, removed all our .md files, git related files, and vscode related files. Edited the process command function to output matched commands exactly like in the slides, so we switched the way of inserting the matched commands in the foundCommands list, we made it insert HEAD rather than insert TAIL
