Added install dependencies in setup script. This makes pip pull down the two Python dependencies when installed via PyPI.
Increased the version number to 1.2.1 (it's a repackaging update, so maybe not worth a
.1real version increase, but I figured it's OK since there are no real minor versions).Changed README from markdown to ReStructuredText, which renders properly on PyPI.
Included MANIFEST.in file which defines non source-code files that should be bundles into the source distribution package.
Included pip install instructions in README as well as package dependencies with Ubuntu package names.
