Create a new publication page

1. Copy the template from genintel.github.io/project_template/template.md to genintel.github.io/template.md
2. Rename the file to the publication name, e.g. genintel.github.io/example.md (the name will be used to generate the URL)
3. Edit the file with the publication information
4. Add the publication to the publications list in genintel.github.io/_includes/publications.md
5. Commit and push the changes
6. Check the publication page at https://genintel.github.io/example
