Since Garry's Mod' lua function file.Read() has uexpected bahvior on case sensitive OSes/filesystems (Linux, macOS), it was decided to convert GmodNET folder name to lower case. It should make GmodNET.dll assembly accessible for bootstrap validator lua script (gm_dotnet_client.lua).
DefaultContextResolver now looks for GmodNET.API.dll in lower case path
Base version changed to 0.5.2
…now uses .NET Core SDK 3.1.101

This is an update of branch for 0.5.x builds of the GmodNET to version 0.5.2. Various issues on macOS and Linux clients were fixed, mostly related to the inconsistent behavior of Lua's
file.Read()on case-sensitive filesystems..NET Core (with ASP.NET Core) was updated to version 3.1.1 (security patch).
