Description

PR 4491 deleted a duplicate folder that turned out to not be quite a perfect duplicate. This restores what was lost.

Approved. seems a few lint failures. Also, appengine/standard_python3/migration/urlfetch/requirements.txt has very specific pins. it may make sense to make them ~= to get patch releases?
