Adding a list of MCP servers for OSINT. MCP is getting adopted fast and there was no curated list for the OSINT side of it, so this fills the gap next to the existing OSINT entry.
51 servers at the moment, organised into 13 categories - SOCMINT, network scanning, web scraping, threat intelligence and so on.
