This pull request updates the model filtering logic to exclude all image and vision models from the available model list. The filter now checks for keywords like “image”, “img”, or “vision” in the model’s id, name, type, category, or tags, rather than relying on a static list.

Addresses issue #2217.
Ensures only supported models are shown to users.
The filtering is now based on model metadata fields for better maintainability.
Testing:
Verified with a unit test that only text/chat models remain after filtering
