Support GitHub OAuth in multiple environments
Added support for GitHub OAuth authentication in localhost and develop environments.
Implemented dynamic configuration based on Spring profiles (application-local.yml and application-dev.yml), environment-aware credential loading via redirect_uri, and backend updates to handle multiple OAuth clients.
The system now automatically detects the environment and uses the appropriate configuration to complete the authentication flow.
