I’m José, a clinical neuroscientist and scientific software developer based in Marburg, Germany.
I work at the Psychiatric Control Systems Lab (Department of Psychiatry) and the Center for Translational Clinical Psychology at Philipps-Universität Marburg, where I'm an associate member of the Center for Mind, Brain and Behaviour (CMBB).
My work sits at the intersection of computational psychiatry, brain-behaviour relationships, and open science. I build and maintain data analysis pipelines (mosly in Python) and care about making research more transparent and collaborative.
