This PR improves the docs for the strided array interface by clarifying that elsize is in bytes and not elements, and adding an example of how the functions fit together.

I feel the original wording is better (just a personal preference).

Maybe it would be helpful to add an example of how these functions can be used to get the pointer to an element.

Love the example. Can we also add a repl session (with jldoctest) to show what running this example might look like?
