Refactor OMP and Pi provider implementations

- Removed unused `ProviderDriverKind` references in OMP and Pi provider files.
- Simplified model handling in `makePendingOmpProvider` and `makePendingPiProvider` functions by directly passing custom models.
- Updated `package.json` to rename the `dev:kpop` script to `dev:pop` for clarity in development commands.
