Removed all the installation steps for pip install until we have it working again so users don't get confused. |

This PR reverts the mamba & causal-conv1d dependencies to use the original repositories instead of our forks. This ensures that pre-built wheels are used correctly.
Warning for developers:
From now on you can do dependency resolution (e.g.
uv lockafter dependency changes) only on a system with the CUDA toolkit installed. If you want to develop locally on e.g. MacOS system, please comment out thecobraoptional dependencies group.
