Update the benefits heading and five bullets on the Custom Modes page to describe current profiles as agents. This is a six-line, single-section terminology change.
Preserve the existing #why-use-custom-modes anchor explicitly so bookmarks and inbound links continue to work. Leave the page title, navigation, configuration fields, organization-management instructions, and migration sections unchanged.
Independent of #14067 and #14068; this PR contains neither earlier batch.
