I had the logic in there that would toggle to a canvas renderer if the system had a large texture.

Specific issues were occurring when there was smaller first image so it didn't modify the renderer to canvas instead of webgl.

After talking with the geoJS devs it seems there is minimal performance issues if I just default to the canvas renderer.
